Ingredients

8 slices extra sharp cheddar cheese
16 slices smoked ham (I like the kind without nitrates)
1 cup chopped broccoli, steamed
Biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook 1 cup of chopped frozen broccoli in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Roll out each biscuit and pile 1 slice of cheese, a hearty tablespoon of steamed broccoli and two slices of ham on top.
Pull the edges together and flip the pocket so the seams are down. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes until the tops are brown.
Allow the cheese to cool slightly before serving (just a couple of minutes) or store in the fridge to serve another time.
