1 cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup grated real Parmesan cheese
½ cup butter (cut into 4 pieces)
¼ cup milk
Salt to sprinkle on top (1/2 teaspoon)
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone liner or parchment paper.
Place flour, salt, cheese and butter into standing mixer with paddle attachment. Mix on medium-low speed until flour and butter are combined.
Add milk and mix again until the dough is firm enough to make a ball.
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough on a second silicone liner or a clean counter with flour sprinkled on top. Roll as thin as you can get it, aiming for ¼ inch (about as thick as a chopstick).
Cut out shapes using the cookie cutter (or just make squares!) Re-roll leftover dough and repeat. Place all the crackers on the lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon of course salt.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through.
