Strawberry Overnight Oats

For the oats:
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy, almond, coconut…)
For garnish:
- 1 tablespoon strawberry fruit spread or jam
- 2–3 strawberries
- 1 teaspoon granola, just for crunch
- Assemble the ingredients in a big bowl or individual containers, starting with oats and chia seeds.
- Add yogurt.
- Pour in milk and stir.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir in fruit spread or jam.
- Add strawberries and granola, if using.
