Strawberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

For the oats:

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy, almond, coconut…)

For garnish:

  • 1 tablespoon strawberry fruit spread or jam
  • 23 strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon granola, just for crunch

Instructions

  1. Assemble the ingredients in a big bowl or individual containers, starting with oats and chia seeds.
  2. Add yogurt.
  3. Pour in milk and stir.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. In the morning, stir in fruit spread or jam.
  6. Add strawberries and granola, if using.
