The idea for these easy strawberry-peanut butter wraps came from a new cookbook I’ve already grown to love,“Real Baby Food: Easy All-Natural Recipes for Your Baby & Toddler”. We’ve devoured had these several times and when I say “we” I mean all the kids, even baby Violet, and me.
And we can’t wait to have more. What you need:
- Fresh strawberries (or raspberries or blackberries)
- Whole-wheat tortillas (I like the fajita size for small kids.)
- Peanut butter (natural with no added sugar or oils)
How to do it:
That’s it! Just slather, sprinkle and wrap.

Yummm! I also do this with bananas, the kids LOVE them! Spread your pb on the tortilla, then lay the banana on top and roll it up. Slice in coins and Voila! Monkey Sushi!
