Straccetti, arugula salad with sizzling strips of steak and Parmesan cheese

Ingredients

1 pound thinly sliced beef

2 tablespoons olive oil

sprinkle of salt and pepper

dash of balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Heat a skillet on medium-high heat. Add olive oil.

Cook beef for 30 seconds on each side, working quickly to flip just as the meat starts to curl.

Splash with balsamic vinegar and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Serve over arugula or mixed greens with shaved parmesan cheese.
