Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken drumsticks (6-8)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ⅓ cup mustard
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Set drumsticks on a baking sheet in a single layer. In a small bowl combine garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the drumsticks and flip to coat all sides. In the same small bowl, combine the olive oil, mustard, honey and ketchup. Then smother the chicken, again flipping to reach every side.
  3. Cook in the oven, flipping once and baking for 10 minutes on each side. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
