My kids can’t stop eating this easy creamy cucumber salad!
Seriously, I had to make a second bowl just to snap this picture.
But that’s the only complaint you’ll get from me.
This easy cucumber salad is full of summer flavor and only needs the simplest creamy dressing: mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Just slice, whisk and pour.

How to make easy creamy cucumber salad

Ingredients
3 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced (about 3 cups)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
sprinkle of salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Place sliced cucumbers and tomatoes in a serving bowl.
Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper together and pour on top. Toss lightly.
Allow to marinate for at least thirty minutes. Serve.
