1/4 teaspoon salt plus a few cracks of fresh pepper

Instructions
Prep. Preheat oven to 425°F. Set out a small baking dish (I use a large ramekin).
Blend. In a medium bowl with electric beaters or standing mixer, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, milk, zest, lemon thyme, salt and pepper. Beat on medium until smooth.
Serve. Our family loves this on a board with a sliced baguette plus other little snacks like veggies and olives.
