Drizzle with olive oil. Massage the oil into the leaves.
Spread the leaves evenly. Sprinkle with salt.
Pop into a 400 degree F oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Mine are crispy by this time. I don’t need to flip them. HOWEVER, depending on how crowded your pan gets, you may need to flip or otherwise stir your kale chips. Or bake for another few minutes.
