This idea is actually a spinoff of an appetizer that I made for my brother’s outdoor wedding last August. We took turkey slices, slathered them with honey-mustard and wrapped each one around a crisp little dill pickle. It’s a delicious snack for adults and a yummy lunch for kids. Serve with whole wheat crackers and fruit.
