  • 1 Smithfield Marinated Roasted Garlic & Herb Fresh Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 pound new potatoes, quartered
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Set the pork on a baking sheet, then arrange the vegetables around it.
  3. Slather the vegetables with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, until the pork’s internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
  5. Allow the pork to rest on a cutting board, covered loosely with foil before cutting.
  6. Serve everything together and enjoy!
