Homemade granola is crunchy, lightly sweet without adding too much sugar or added stabilizers like the kind you find at the store. This easy granola recipe is fresh and delicious! Especially with homemade yogurt.
What makes this granola recipe easy?
I updated one of my favorite granola recipes to make it: easier and more friendly to those who have kids!
- Reduced ingredients. Everything you need should be right in your pantry.
- Nut allergies? There are no nuts involved.
- Other granola recipes require stirring every 15 minutes. That just doesn’t work for me while keeping up with four rascals. I’ve tried this modified recipe for easy granola several times and it works perfectly!
This granola recipe is nut-free but you are welcome to add nuts. Just take out a cup of oats and insert the nuts of your choice.
I love this recipe and we’ve made it over and over again. Oats are so good for you and aside from our other favorite ways to use them — Old Fashioned Apple Pie Oatmeal, Oatmeal Bars with Strawberry Jam, Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Cookies with Whole Oats — granola is just another delicious way to incorporate oats into breakfast.
