Chocolate Fudge Pops with Bananas & Avocado

WE HAD A LITTLE PREVIEW OF SUMMER for a while, and when the sun came out, we made these. To our chocolate-avocado-banana pudding, we added honey and milk then froze the whole thing in Popsicle molds. The taste is rich and creamy and the ingredients are only good for you.



  • 2 VERY ripe bananas
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup milk << use 1/4 cup first, then add more milk as needed to liquify


Put everything into a blender until it’s smooth and creamy, adding milk as needed. Pour into freezer molds and freeze for 3-4 hours.

      That’s right, summer is slowly eeking it’s way out here in North Carolina. Doesn’t officially start until June 21 but we’re on it!
