YOU KNOW THE PROBLEM WITH MORNINGS? Everyone’s tired (and by everyone I mean Paul and me) and everyone’s “so hungry” (and by everyone I mean the kids). I love having a couple of muffin options in the freezer ready to reheat, but my go-to breakfast, the one that the kids actually cheer for, and sneak fingers into pictures for, is even easier.
The parfaits take place in a small juice glass. See-through is key. Our layers are: maple syrup, plain organic yogurt, honey, yogurt, a berry or two, honey, yogurt and end up with berries on top. Also, none of this matters. Make the layers in any way you want, and to be honest we don’t usually even involve berries. They still love it. And after everyone has had breakfast, things become much more civilized.
